Epic Questions

What is the purpose of mankind, lest it be for supremeness or dominance? Shall our reason of existence be for each other, strangers we have never met, or those close to us, some of whom will stab a heart wound deeper than any other? Why do we try to answer the most difficult questions, when even the simplest ones cannot be tagged with a basic answer? Why do we feel greed for happiness, when in the end, that same greed brings about nothing but tragedies? Why do we smile and laugh when in the back of our minds, the constant reminders of corruption in the world remain? What is a dream? Or courage? Or even happiness? Where do we find answers? Will we ever? These are the epic questions that we have always asked but never spoken, pushed to the nether regions of our consciousness.
